Amelia is the clinical hypnotherapist responsible for the services. She possesses a background working in social services and works with people who feel frustrated by life and the lack of support they receive from traditional services. She is an expert in working with people struggling to process trauma with symptoms including teeth grinding, IBS, and unhelpful patterns of behaviour.

She uses a solution focused approach teaching clients about neuroscience and how their brain works so that they can understand and regulate their own emotions.
