We are a not-for-profit organisation providing expert mental health and wellbeing consultancy, training and personal development services to corporates and organisations across all sectors. We collaborate with a range of delivery partners and experts in the field to ensure quality, impact and best practice. Our services include: - Mental Health First Aid training endorsed by MHFA England (half-day, one-day and two-day courses available in-house/online - Health and wellbeing workshops (e.g. Menopause Awareness training) - Leadership and team development workshops and programmes - Workplace needs analysis and wellbeing metrics - Wellbeing strategy/policy development and review - One-to-one/group wellbeing coaching - Health/wellbeing themed events, talks and team away days. - Pop up wellbeing pod - Workplace wellbeing training academy (online open courses)

Our Vision: Where everyone has access to education and services to support individual and community wellbeing, no matter their background or barriers faced. Our Mission: To empower individuals and communities to lead a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle no matter their background or circumstance, through the delivery of holistic wellbeing solutions. How will CMK make a difference? CMK aims to make a difference to wellbeing outcomes in focusing on the four areas of strategic priority below: 1. Empower individuals and communities in overcoming barriers to wellbeing Who will we engage in our services? Our particular engagement focus will be towards those experiencing health/wellbeing inequalities, such as: • Communities residing in areas of high deprivation, as we understand that socio-economic factors significant impact upon health and wellbeing determinants. • The economically inactive • Those with physical/mental/emotional health needs or disabilities • Inclusion health groups and service users referred by local support agencies What will we do? • Deliver innovative education and prevention-based programmes which actively support the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of local communities across Kent; • Include community voice and individuals with lived experience within the design, development and delivery of these programmes; • Work in collaboration with local, regional and national partners and stakeholders to enhance local partnership networks and collaboratively improve wellbeing outcomes for communities; • Ensure that we prioritise diversity and inclusivity within the development and delivery of our provision to support in building inclusive communities, as outlined in the Government’s Inclusive Britain initiative. • Monitor the impact and outcomes of our community work to ensure it remains effective in making a difference. 2. Improve and enhance workplace cultures whilst reducing the burden of poor workplace wellbeing Who will we engage in our services? • Our workplace training provision is open to employees and settings across all sectors, though we will also aim to target sectors at highest risk of work-related mental/emotional ill health. • Our programme is designed to meet the needs of staff and team members in any job role and across all levels of seniority. • We will actively look to support the workplace training of Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise organisations with the delivery of educational programmes to assist in serving the communities with whom we also engage. What will we do? • Reduce the burden of workplace wellbeing through the delivery of a range of accredited and non-accredited programmes of intervention, as well as strategic leadership support and consultation to support in organisational design. • Include workforce voice and representation within the design and the development of our provision, ensuring it is tailored to meet organisational need. • Work in collaboration with other experts and professionals in the field to ensure best practice and quality of service. • Ensure that we prioritise equity, diversity and inclusivity within the development and delivery of our provision to support in building inclusive workplaces, as outlined in the Government’s Inclusive Britain initiative. • Monitor the impact and outcomes of our corporate work to ensure it remains effective in making a difference. 3. Provide access to safe, secure and better quality housing to support individuals with complex mental health needs live independently, in areas of high need. Who will we engage in our services? • Adults entitled to supported living arrangements, experiencing complex mental health needs, personality disorders, learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum disorders. What will we do? • Reduce the burden of poor housing quality on tenant wellbeing through access to safe, secure, better quality housing for adults with care and support needs. • Collaborate with local authorities and key strategic partners to provide opportunities for supported living. • Undertake full property management and maintenance to ensure the upkeep of good quality housing and the monitoring of tenant needs. • Ensure that we prioritise equity, diversity and inclusivity within our supported housing schemes and services provided.
